Greetings from Post Commander Charles Golden;
Beginning Saturday
evening, September 4, 2021 at 1800hrs (6 pm). Post 1508 Members and
Auxillary are asked to attend a gathering in remembrance of the 13
members of the U.S. Military who perished in the terrorist bombing at
the Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan on Friday, August 27, 2021.
Post 1508 will continue to meet each Saturday thereafter at 1800 hrs. until further notice.
All Post Officers will reguired this event as mandatory attendance.
The Post Commander has requested that Members (who own one) wear the official VFW Cover during this event.
